This page details new features, changes and enhancements which have been made to the Infocare system for the current version of the software.

1. Billing-Accounts Processing - Disputes
Users may now select individual transactions as "disputed". If an invoice is selected as in dispute, it will not be considered to have been paid and this will reflect in the aged analysis report. Invoices selected as in dispute will be highlighted in orange on the transaction view screen. When selecting an invoice for dispute, users are able to enter a comment associated with the dispute.
2. Utilities -Find Child
A new facility is available that allows users to search for details of a particular child when using all or part of the child's reference, the child's first name, the child's last name, contact's first name or contact's last name. This facility is also available as a pop up window from the batch receipts screen.
3. Children - History
This facility allows users to view a history of the child's attendance and booked times within a specified time period.
4. Billing - Bonds
This facility allows users to record bond payments for children. The value of the bond is not reflected in the child's account balance. When a child leaves, the bond may be released by transferring the amount held in bond to the child's account.
5. Centre - Centre Options - Maximum days holiday
You are now able to specify the maximum number of days which you allow for child holidays at your centre.
5. Children - Timetables - Holidays
If a child goes on holiday, and if you offer a discounted rate for holidays, you are now able to allocate specific days as holidays for each child. The system will not allow you to allocate more days than the maximum defined in your centre options. The system will apply the relevant discount as defined in the fee structure for the days selected.
6. Child Reports - Sign In Sheets
If a child is absent, you are now able to select "absent" or "holiday" for the attendance. If you select "holiday" they child will be charged the discounted rate (as defined in the relevant fee structure) for this day.
1. Employees- Staff Details
Users are now able to record if a staff member is qualified in first aid, and when the qualification expires.
2. Reports-Financial Reports-Aged Analysis
When viewing this report, users may now click on the children's names which will then show a detailed list of the unpaid invoices for that child.
3. Reports-Child Reports-WINZ Report
The WINZ absence report may now be produced for group and subgroup.
4. Reports-Child Reports-Autopayments/WINZ
The Autopayment/WINZ report may now be produced for group and subgroup.
5. Children - Print
On the child selection screen, the View button has been replaced with a Print button. This will allow users to view/print all enrolment details for a child.
6. Utilities-Letter Writer
The following additional keywords have been added -
CENTRE=centre name
COMPANY=Company Name
ACCOUNT=Bank Account number
REFERENCE=Child's reference
BALANCE=Child's account balance
TIMETABLE=Child's current timetable
7. Utilities-Labels
There is an additional option now for printing the Child's name plus the parent's address.
8. Utilities-File Download
Users are now able to delete files that have been previously uploaded, and they are also able to view the contents of these files or download them to their local computer.
9. Categories
The category "All current children" has been renamed to "Current enrolments".
10. Reports-Child Reports-Contacts
You are now ale to select "Bill Payer" from the selection list for this report.
11. Reports
Where appropriate, all reports now have page numbering.
12. Billing-Accounts Processing-Receipts
There are 2 new payment types of "Direct Debit" and "Credit Card" available now.
13. Children
There is an additional category of "All Children" available on this screen. This category will display a list of all children (Current, left, casual, Waiting list etc).
