This page details new features, changes and enhancements which have been made to the Infocare system for the current version of the software.

| New Features |
1. Children - Contacts
Contacts are now displayed in order of Primary Guardian, Secondary Guardian, Mother, Father and then the rest.
2. Reports - Staff Reports - Staff Time Sheets - Weekly Staff Summary Report
Users can now click on the column headings (Monday, Tuesday etc.) and a new window will open showing details of the hours worked by activity description.
3. Centre - Centre Options - Email
Users can update their name and email address. Other fields in this section are restricted to Infocare support desk access.
4. Utilities - Letter Writer
The "page break" check box has been returned to the letter writer screen.
5. Sign in Sheets
For "Out of School Care" centres, all children are unfunded, and were previously displayed with an orange background. This has now been changed so that the standard alternate colours are displayed.
6. Centre - Centre Options - Rooms
The number of rooms that can be defined has been increased to 12. This is to cater for those centres that have merged multiple licences and now children allocated to many rooms rather than licences.
7. Billing - Bonds - Release
Bonds that have been released are now displayed on the bond view screen with a yellow background. If a bond has been released in error, the user may now correct this by clicking on an "Undo" button.
Released bonds are now included in the tax receipts for parents.
1. Utilities - Text Message
When you need to get in contact with parents or teachers urgently, Sending mass
txt messages from mobile phones isn’t a great idea. With the help of our new
Info-Txt service, you will be able to send txt messages directly from Infocare
on a large scale and in a convenient manner.
With Info-Txt you will have the power to send text messages from any computer to
unlimited numbers of parents or teachers, within a short-period of time, in the
most cost-effective way. Faster than email and less disturbing and cheaper than
phone calls, Info-txt is the right choice for your Parent &
Teacher communication.

2. Reports - Group Reports - Finance
Summary - Duplicate Enrolments
A new report is available which will enable users to find children who are duplicated within the group. For example a child might be on the waiting list in one centre and currently enrolled in another.
