Changes, Enhancements & New Features

 

Infocare version 2.94 contains a variety of changes and new features which could be important for your services. It is important that you read and understand how these changes will affect your service. 

Parent Enquiry CRM System

Allow parents to enquire about enrolling their children in your centre directly from your own webpage.

Using the Infocare Parent enquiry CRM system, enquiries are automatically sent to Infocare where they can be managed at every stage of the process with automated emails, comprehensive reporting, statistics and versatile management of the entire process from enquiry, to tour, to registration, to wait listing, to automatic enrolment.

Clients with multiple centres can automatically assign leads to a central location, or to specific centres based on location.

Utilities, SMS Txt Utility, Replies/Sent

The name of the caregiver, and their relationship to the child, is now displayed with the child's name in the view messages/replies screen.

Info-Txt Replies

the number of unread replies or new replies will now be automatically displayed in the status bar on each screen in infocare. Users can click on the link to view details of the replies.

Utilities, SMS Text Messages

Two new buttons, "Select All" and "Deselect All" have been added to this screen. Use these buttons to automatically select or deselect all recipients in the list.

Utilities, Letter Writer

Two new buttons, "Select All" and "Deselect All" have been added to this screen. Use these buttons to automatically select or deselect all recipients in the list.

Utilities, Payroll

FlexiTime payroll has been added as an integration option.

Children, History

For Home-based networks, the "Home" name is now shown by default when using this screen.

"Create File" button

When creating .CSV files using the "Create File" button available on certain various reports, users are now notified that the file will only be retained for one hour.  If you wish to retain a copy of the file, you are advised to download the file to your computer.  All existing .CSV files will be deleted within a few weeks of this version going live.

Sign in Sheets

For Home-based networks, the "Order" of "Child/Category" can now be selected. Selecting this order will change the order accordingly when printing weekly sign in sheets.

Child Reports, Roll Reports - Sleep Chart Format 3

A new version of the sleep chart report is available. This version displays a table at the end of the reports for caregivers to initial each time sleeping children are checked.

Child Reports, Attendance Reports

A variety of new "confirmation of attendance reports" have been added to provide services with greater options for obtaining confirmation of attendance signatures.

We advise that you look through these reports to decide which would be applicable to your service.

Child Reports - Roll Analysis

2 Radio buttons have been added to this report; "Bookings" and "Attendances". Selecting "Bookings" will cause the system to use data from child timetables for the reports, and selecting "Attendances" will cause the system to use data from sign in sheets (if they exist) for the reports.

Children - Add

Three new radio buttons have been added to the "dates" section when adding a child. Many centres have children who now stay at the centre until they are 6 instead of 5. The radio buttons allow users to select if the child is leaving when they turn 5, 6 or to enter a specific date.
